True Blockhouse represents a vast catalogue of EDM, Breakbeat and Electronica recordings covering almost the last forty years, holding worldwide rights over much of the material. We welcome all types of licensing enquiry from around the world.
Through our publishing arm, we also control over 7,000 copyrights making us a one-stop shop for many of the tracks where we also control the master.

History & Resurrection
The Original Blockhouse label and recording studio ran from 1988 to 1995 and was situated in Burford Road, Stratford, East London. It specialised in early EDM (Hardcore, Breakbeat, House & Jungle). More information can be found at Discogs*. (see pics left)
In 2018, after a 24-year hiatus, the blockhouse name was resurrected to pick-up with some long-lost musical collaborators. This gave way to the Cellarhouse project and several new recordings with The Urban Mods amongst others
This is strictly a not-for-profit cooperative and private venture for invited artists only. Hope you enjoy our output.
True Blockhouse is proud to stay true to its heritage, and remains a cooperative enterprise where any returns made on releases are shared on an equal basis with all artists. So far we have had 26 releases including eight albums and five EP's. Killian Wright's album: No Country For Old Men picked up great reviews from magazines such as Electronic Sound and in 2025 we collaborated on a pioneering AI music video promo for Slave Labour.
Unfortunately we do not accept any commissions, (full-time careers elsewhere) preferring instead to remain an underground collective who specialise in Dark Electro, House, Innovative Orchestral and Hybrid AI productions. All releases can be found across all the major music platforms via our distribution partners at Cygnus Music
